If you have experience welding thin sheet metal and enjoy hands-on fabrication work, this opportunity is for you.Position OverviewAs a MIG Welder, you'll play a key role in production by performing custom fabrication and welding on 12–18 gauge steel. This role is ideal for entry- to mid-level welders seeking skill development and a pathway to permanent employment.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform MIG welding per job orders and specificationsWeld and fabricate hollow metal framesRead and follow daily travelers and work ticketsOperate hand and power tools (grinders, saws, drills, punch equipment, etc.)Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaReport production and quality data to leadershipRetrieve materials and parts as neededParticipate in company safety programsTrain on multiple welding workstations based on skill levelPhysical & Work Environment RequirementsMIG welding on thin sheet metal (12–18 gauge)Lift, push, or pull up to 75 lbs repeatedlyStand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasksWork in a non-temperature-controlled environmentModerate to loud noise levelsPPE required at all timesMinimum QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED (preferred)Previous manufacturing experience (preferred)Must pass a weld testAbility to read and follow written and verbal instructionsBasic math and computer skills (fractions & decimals)Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentPay & Benefits (Through CloudRay)Weekly Pay Health Insurance Available Incentives & Performance-Based Bonuses Referral Bonuses Temp-to-Hire Career Growth OpportunityAdditional InformationNo drug screening Background check required Steel-toe boots required Apply today – Start as soon as tomorrow!Referral BonusRefer a Friend & Earn $200!
