Marketing Coordinator

C2's client, an employee-owned holding company and a leading specialty contractor in electrical, mechanical, and automation across the upper Midwest and Southeast, seeks a contract Marketing Coordinator to help stand up the marketing for a pair of newly acquired businesses, working hip-to-hip with the leader driving the integration. The client is growing through acquisition, and you would help shape how these new businesses present themselves to the market from day one. Responsibilities Draft, format, and manage proposals that communicate value clearly and professionally Build and maintain vendor relations and qualifications documentation Design and produce branded materials, including letterhead, templates, and presentation assets Support website updates as the new businesses establish their digital presence Partner closely with leadership on tactical execution across both businesses Manage separate, simultaneous workstreams independently while staying connected and communicative Requirements 5+ years of experience in a marketing coordinator or similar role Demonstrated experience writing and formatting proposals Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, WordPress, and Microsoft Office Strong written communication skills and sharp attention to detail Comfortable working asynchronously, with availability for occasional meetings Self-directed and agile, able to build structure where little currently exists Nice to Have Experience supporting a business through an acquisition, transition, or launch phase Familiarity with vendor relations or procurement documentation Experience juggling marketing work for two or more separate businesses at once All candidates must be located and authorized to work in the United States.
