Physician – Family Medicine / Emergency Medicine Responsibilities: Evaluate and treat patients efficiently in urgent care settings. Assess pediatric patients as young as 6 months. Perform procedures that may require local anesthesia. Conduct annual, sports, school, and pre‑employment physicals, vaccinations, and interpret labs and imaging. Qualifications and Skills: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine. Active Tennessee State Medical License. DEA number and willingness to become or maintain DOT certification. Current ACLS certification and registration with CAQH. Experience in pediatrics required; emergency room experience preferred. UC MA, LPN, or EMT Full‑time or part‑time position. Pay Range: Commensurate with experience. X‑Ray Technologist Responsibilities include: Triage patients, escort to triage room, take vital signs, document medical history. Administer injections when directed. Collect urine and blood samples. Perform drug screens and spirometers. Execute BAT and other lab tests (CBC, strep, flu, etc.). Set IVs, discharge patients, clean rooms, and ensure clean patient flow. Maintain lab controls and equipment. Experience Requirements: Minimum 3 months post‑graduate experience as a licensed X‑ray technologist. Basic understanding of digital X‑ray services. Knowledge of universal precautions, HIPAA, and OSHA. Professional appearance and friendly patient interaction skills. Ability to multitask and work independently. Flexible with hours/shifts; available weekends and 12‑hour shifts. Occupational health, including Workers' Compensation, preferred. Front Desk Receptionist Responsibilities include: Patient registration and insurance verification in Practice Velocity. Collect copays and process claims. Maintain front office organization and cleanliness. Authenticate patient files and ensure accurate coding. Coordinate referrals and faxes. Handle incoming calls professionally. Experience Requirements: Minimum 6 months experience in a medical office setting. Proficiency with computer software. Professional, friendly, and communicative. Team player with ability to multitask and work independently. Center Administrator Key accountability: daily operations, patient service efficiency, staff management, compliance, and financial oversight. Reports directly to the center owner and lead physician. Responsibilities include: Patient registration and billing processes. Staff recruitment, training, and performance management. Facility cleanliness, safety, and compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and other regulations. Supply inventory and medical supply coordination. Financial analysis and reporting.
