Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive start to their dining experience. Present menus and assist guests in making food and beverage selections, offering thoughtful recommendations as needed. Accurately take guest orders and relay them to the kitchen staff promptly. Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner, ensuring adherence to company standards. Continuously monitor tables to quickly identify and respond to guests’ needs and requests. Process payment transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned tables and stations throughout the shift. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient service. Adhere to all health, sanitation, and safety regulations. Handle guest concerns and complaints with professionalism and seek resolutions to ensure guest satisfaction. Qualifications Previous experience as a server or in a related customer service role is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure. Demonstrated reliability and punctuality in professional settings. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts. Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality service.
