Staff Data Scientist — Hybrid Growth & ML Experiments
Grindr
Grindr is seeking a Staff Data Scientist to lead high-impact analytics and ML initiatives across product teams. You will devise metrics, design experiments, and present data-driven perspectives to steer growth. You’ll work on models in production and mentor teammates within Grindr's data organization, collaborating closely with PMs, design, and engineers. The role is hybrid in the Bay Area, Los Angeles, or Chicago, with in-office requirements on Tuesdays and Thursdays and a focus on scalable #J-18808-Ljbffr Grindr
