Data Governance Manager

Develop Data Governance roadmap to align with organizational strategy. Closely work with data engineering and data consumption teams to design, implement, update, and enforce data governance frameworks, policies, and procedures. Identify and communicate data governance gaps, mitigate threats, and realize benefits by implementing industry standards best practices of data governance in healthcare domain. Work with various teams to remediate barriers to proper data governance design. Facilitate data governance committee meetings. Develop & Drive metadata management initiatives to improve data discoverability, lineage and impact analysis. Onboard and configure Collibra Data Governance tool.
