Role Description The Senior Attorney will provide comprehensive legal representation across one or more of the firm’s practice areas, handling both litigation and advisory matters. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting legal research, drafting and reviewing pleadings, motions, contracts, and other legal documents, managing case strategy, and representing clients in court hearings, negotiations, and administrative proceedings. The Senior Attorney will mentor junior attorneys and staff, collaborate with colleagues on complex matters, and maintain direct client communication to assess needs, provide legal advice, and develop practical solutions. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Needham Heights, MA, with a combination of in-office presence and some work-from-home flexibility to support client service and team collaboration. Qualifications Strong foundational knowledge of Law, with the ability to manage complex cases and provide sound legal judgment. Experience in Labor and Employment Law or other relevant practice areas handled by the firm. Demonstrated ability to provide clear, practical Legal Advice to diverse clients. Advanced Research skills for case preparation, statutory and case law analysis, and drafting persuasive legal arguments. Effective Negotiation skills for settlements, plea discussions, and dispute resolution. Active license to practice law in Massachusetts, in good standing. Several years of experience as a practicing attorney, ideally with significant litigation or trial experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and organization. Ability to manage multiple matters concurrently, meet deadlines, and work both independently and collaboratively.
