Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000

What You’ll Do:

• Assist in managing day-to-day nursing operations and clinical workflows

• Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff while ensuring accountability

• Oversee care planning processes and drive quality improvement efforts

• Support survey readiness and maintain regulatory compliance

• Partner with facility leadership and interdisciplinary teams

What You Need:

• Active NY RN license in good standing

• Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility

• Leadership or charge nurse background preferred

• Strong understanding of state and federal regulations, including survey processes

• Excellent clinical judgment and team leadership skills
