Job Types

Full-Time Part-Time PRN

Responsibilities

Assist clients with personal care (bathing grooming toileting and incontinence care)
Provide mobility support and transfers
Use assistive devices (gait belt walker wheelchair Hoyer lift)
Assist in fall prevention and general safety awareness
Help reposition bedbound clients to prevent discomfort
Offer companionship and daily living assistance
Follow care plans and ensure client safety
Light housekeeping
Meal preparation
Engage clients in hobbies games or activities
Monitor for changes in mood or behavior
Provide conversation and social interaction
Provide reminders to take medications as scheduled

Requirements

2 years ofcaregiving experience OR CNA Certification
Must have valid drivers license & reliable transportation
Must pass background screening
High School diploma/GED
