Job Title Cashier / Food Prep Associate Job Summary We are seeking a friendly, dependable Cashier / Food Prep Associate to handle customer transactions while assisting with food preparation. This role combines excellent customer service with basic kitchen duties to ensure accurate orders, quality food, and a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities Greet customers and take food and beverage orders accurately Operate the cash register and process cash, credit, and digital payments Prepare and assemble food items according to recipes and company standards Package orders and ensure accuracy before serving Maintain cleanliness of cashier station, prep areas, and dining space Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene guidelines Restock food, packaging, and supplies as needed Assist with opening and closing duties Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous cashier or food service experience a plus, but not required Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic math and money-handling skills Ability to stand for long periods and lift light to moderate items Skills & Abilities Strong customer service and communication skills Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to multitask and work well under pressure Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Work Environment Food service environment with exposure to kitchen equipment and heat Fast-paced, customer-focused setting Schedule & Compensation Part-time position Flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays Competitive hourly pay starting at $15/ hour; tips or bonuses may be available TBD #J-18808-Ljbffr
