Every vehicle goes through a reconditioning process that directly impacts the confidence our clients feel when they drive away and the Recon Service Advisor is a critical part of making that happen. We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and driven individual to help manage the flow of vehicles through our recon process by building clear, accurate, and execution-ready repair orders from technician inspections. This role is the bridge between inspection and execution. Your work directly impacts recon speed, vehicle quality, technician efficiency, inventory turn, and ultimately the client experience. This is not a traditional customer-facing service advisor role. This is an operational leadership role focused on workflow, communication, organization, and execution. What You’ll Do Build structured repair orders from technician inspections Translate findings into organized and actionable repair plans Coordinate approvals with Inventory and Service leadership Ensure all repair orders are complete and dispatch-ready before work begins Track vehicle progress throughout the recon pipeline Communicate clearly with technicians, inventory, vendors, and leadership Help improve recon speed, consistency, organization, and efficiency What Success Looks Like Vehicles move through recon quickly and without confusion Repair orders are accurate, organized, and complete Technicians have everything needed to execute efficiently Inventory receives clear and decision-ready repair plans Recon bottlenecks are identified and solved proactively Vehicle quality and profitability remain aligned Maverick inventory consistently reflects our “Awesome Vehicles” standard What We’re Looking For Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple vehicles at once High attention to detail Automotive service or recon experience preferred Understanding of repair orders, inspections, parts, and workflow Ability to work with urgency while maintaining accuracy Problem-solving mindset and strong personal accountability Someone who thrives in a fast-moving, team-oriented environment Why Maverick?
