Job Description

\n

We’re hiring an Outside Sales Representative who thrives in the field, enjoys building strong customer relationships, and is motivated to drive growth. If you’re solution-oriented and passionate about helping contractors and manufacturers succeed, this role is for you.

\n

What You’ll Do

\n

\n
• Build and manage a sales pipeline to meet or exceed sales targets
\n
• Develop new business through cold calling, networking, and community outreach
\n
• Manage and grow customer accounts while proactively resolving issues
\n
• Coordinate deliveries and ensure exceptional customer follow-through
\n
• Present tailored, solution-driven proposals aligned with customer needs
\n
• Stay informed on product offerings, market trends, and industry developments
\n
• Spend significant time in the field strengthening customer relationships
\n

\n

What We’re Looking For

\n

✔ 1+ years of sales or business development experience (construction or industrial supply preferred)

\n

✔ Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

\n

✔ Mechanically inclined with knowledge of tools, fasteners, or jobsite supplies

\n

✔ Established industry network or strong ability to build one

\n

✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Bilingual English/Spanish a plus)

\n

✔ Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and solution-driven

\n

✔ Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally

\n

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred, not required)

\n
