They are currently seeking skilled Building Laborers to join their team. Training programs and career advancement opportunities Stability and job security Excellent company culture Your responsibilities will include: Constructing post frame buildings under the direction of the Site Foreman Delivering consistently high-quality work and service Following OSHA guidelines and ensuring safety precautions are met Assembling or disassembling scaffolding and other temporary equipment Representing the client in a professional manner Additional duties as assigned Requirements Previous carpentry or construction experience preferred Experience with hand and power tools and various machinery preferred Ability to work at heights of more than 20 feet comfortably and safely Physically fit and able to perform demanding work for extended periods Comfortable lifting over 50 pounds on a regular basis Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions Ability to read and understand drawings, plans, and blueprints Excellent organizational and communication skills High mathematical aptitude and problem-solving abilities High school diploma or equivalent required Our laborers may be required to work extended hours during peak seasons and must have the ability to travel, with overnight stays possible.
