Elder Care Provider Wanted - Experienced Elder Care Provider Needed In Encinitas, Ca $20/Hour

We are a family in Encinitas, California seeking an elder care provider for our loved one. Responsibilities include providing home care, administering medication, assisting with bathing, and personal care. CPR certification is required. We have a live in caregiver but need an additional person (female only) to provide relief for 2-3 days a week. For the right person, there are housing options available as part of the arrangement including the possibility of living in an ADU on the property. The person needing care is an 88 year old female. Looking for an organized, clean, compassionate caregiver willing to work with the existing caregiver who will continue to be the lead role. The candidate has to be comfortable with incontinence and be experienced with skin integrity monitoring and be proactive in terms of this issue . Looking for a very near future start date.
