A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ORDER SELECTOR AT RDP FOODSERVICE

This is not a "pick-and-pack" warehouse job. Our Order Selectors play a critical role in safely, accurately, and efficiently building customer orders for delivery across our region.

You'll hand-select products using our easy-to-learn voice-directed picking system and strategically build pallets that are loaded directly onto our fleet of trucks. We operate with new, well-maintained equipment in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where hard work is rewarded.

At RDP Foodservice, top-performing selectors who maximize bonus opportunities can realistically earn $37–$40 per hour .

JOB HIGHLIGHTS

• Sunday–Thursday night schedule
• Start at 6:00 PM until work is complete
• Base pay of $23/hour during 90-day training period
• Immediate bonus incentives during training
• Earn $30–$35 per hour through our Activity-Based Compensation program after training
• $200 monthly attendance bonus
• Additional $600 annual bonus for achieving monthly attendance bonuses 10 out of 12 months
• $1,500 training bonus after successful completion of the 90-day training period
• Weekly error bonus starts immediately
• Earn up to an additional $800 per month for zero errors
• Selectors with zero errors also choose a free inventory food item each week
• Unlike other companies, we pay you weekly
• Annual performance-based pay increase reviews

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Vocollect or Warehouse Management System experience is a plus - but if not, we'll train you. It is easy and fun to learn on our voice-directed picking system
• Pallet jack experience required
• Double pallet jack experience preferred, but not required
• Stand-up forklift experience is a plus
• Ability to work in temperature-controlled environments
• Ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds
• Reliable individuals with strong work ethic, attention to detail, and time management skills
