Title: Chemical Packaging Tech 2
Shift: Monday-Friday, 6am-2:30pm

Duration: 1 year of contract

Job Description: 

Must be clean shaved daily
Temp to Perm Potential
Chemical packaging experience - 5-6 years in chemical or packaging environment
mixing, labeling, working chemicals
Must be good/understand basic math
Basic data entry
Basic computer skills and literacy
Willingness to learn
Good to have
Previous SAP experience / familiarity
Previous ISO / Pharma / biotech experience
interviews will be conducted onsite interviews
Physical and respirator fit required

Responsibilities:
To stage, fill (manually or semi-automatically), cap, label and over pack liquid, powder and hyophilized products per approved packing specifications with utilizing all required safety equipment . Complete appropriate packaging documentation per ISO procedures and deliver products to inventory.
• Fill, cap, and label chemical products.
• Follow all quality and safety procedures.
• Support quality systems.
• Trains others and work in a team setting.

Work experience/skills:
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Standing for extended periods of time and repetitive movements
• Occasionally lift and or move up to 50 Ibs with lifting equipment.
• Ability to see close and long distance
• Required to wear air helmet, mask, safety shoes, apron rubber and tyvek suits, protective gloves and safety glasses/goggles while performing in this position

Education:
• GED or High School Diploma
