Carl Black Chevrolet Buick GMC of Orlando , you will manage day-to-day accounting operations of the dealership. the position will require you to work side by side with the billing clerk. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential to maintaining order. Your role as an Accounting Admin will directly impact the entire team. Your ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize correctly is essential. Qualifications: Basic understanding of PC operations and Microsoft Office Suite High school diploma or equivalent Effective communication and teamwork skills. Automotive accounting knowledge a plus but not required Job Duties: Applying for manufacturer rebates on all new vehicle sales-daily task Register all GMPP contracts - as needed Pull cancellation paperwork from deals - as needed Post the monthly reserve statement from various lenders-monthly Used Car compliance - complete GM audit packet and pass on to title clerk - daily Assist with filing within the accounting office -- Title clerks and AP clerk Job Benefits: Opportunity for Advancement Professional Atmosphere Health Insurance Dental Insurance 401-K Paid Vacation
