Job Description
The Universal Pre-K Family Worker serves as the bridge between families, children, and the program. This position supports family engagement, community partnerships, enrollment, attendance, and child success while ensuring families feel welcomed, informed, and connected.
Key Responsibilities
Build positive relationships with children and families.
Support enrollment, attendance, and family outreach efforts.
Coordinate family events, workshops, and parent engagement activities.
Connect families with community resources and support services.
Maintain accurate family records and documentation.
Assist with UPK compliance requirements and reporting.
Collaborate with teachers and leadership to support children's development and school readiness.
Promote a welcoming, inclusive, and family-centered environment.
