Job Number: R0241263 Program Management Specialist The Opportunity: As a program management specialist, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. Many programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and it's imperative to keep the project on a productive path. That's why we need you, an experienced program/project management specialist who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication. On our team, you'll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of defense technology strategy. You'll work with key stakeholders to review contracts and project cost accounting. You'll help with tactical planning using resources like MS Suite and regular interactions with technologists and customers. The real impact of project management comes from communication to ensure the program achieves its goals and meets our quality standards. You Have: 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, program management, organizational advising, or operational restructuring Experience with process improvement or strategic planning Experience with financial analysis, including conducting research on market trends and identify areas to save cost Experiencewith MS Office Suite and data visualization tools, such as Power BI or Tableau Ability to communicate clearly and assertively with stakeholders at all levels Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Ability to manage and prioritize workload with minimal supervision Ability to travel up to 50% of the time Ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance Bachelor's degree Nice If You Have: Experience working within a team environment, quickly diagnosing dynamics, and successfully discussing corrective action plans with the client for buy-in Experience mentoring personnel, resolving conflicts, and motivating teams through organizational change Knowledge of DoD technology development Knowledge of Agile methodologies Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders, including government leads, vendors, and technical teams Master's degree in a related field Clearance Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. Work Model Remote : If this position is listed as remote, there may still be occasions when you are required to work in person at a Booz Allen or customer facility.
