What You'll Do

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve residents' functioning
• Use therapeutic exercises and activities to enhance strength, mobility, and coordination
• Fabricate and fit splints as prescribed by physicians
• Supervise and guide assigned staff and aides in daily operations
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation and reports
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient care outcomes
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and functional independence goals

What You Need

• Active Occupational Therapist license in Missouri
• Minimum of 1 year experience in long-term care or similar setting
• Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques and documentation standards
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
