10:00 PM – 7:00 AM | PRN – As Needed

Freedom Home Care is hiring dependable Overnight Awake Caregivers to support clients during overnight hours. This is an awake position , meaning you will remain alert and available throughout the entire shift to provide safety, comfort, companionship, and assistance as needed.

Pay & Perks

• $18–$21 per hour
• Bi-weekly pay
• $200 retention bonus

Required Qualifications (Must Have)

• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable vehicle
• Current auto insurance
• Ability to pass a Minnesota background study
• Reliable attendance and strong communication skills
• Ability to remain awake, alert, and available throughout the entire overnight shift
• Ability to work independently and provide safe, compassionate care in a client’s home

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience preferred
• Experience with overnight care, dementia care, or personal care assistance is a plus
