HealthYes Staffing Network is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist for a permanent, full-time position with an established anesthesia organization in California’s Central Valley near Visalia.

• Permanent, full-time CRNA position

• Annual compensation of approximately $360,000–$410,000 before call incentives

• Conduct comprehensive pre-anesthesia evaluations

• Develop individualized anesthesia-care plans

• Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care

• Manage airway and perioperative patient needs

• Practice independently within training and licensure

• Participate in scheduled call coverage

• Monitor patients and respond to clinical changes

• Support postoperative recovery and pain management

• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, and clinical teams

• Maintain complete and timely documentation

• Graduate of an accredited nurse-anesthesia program

• Current NBCRNA certification

• Active California RN and CRNA licenses or eligibility

• Current BLS and ACLS certifications

• PALS certification when required

• Strong independent-practice and regional-anesthesia skills

• Excellent clinical judgment and communication abilities

• Experience preferred

• Annual base compensation: approximately $360,000–$410,000

• Additional call compensation
