Job Title: Project Manager (Delivery) Location: Google US TX Austin Years of Experience: 15+ Years Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (Delivery) with a strong background in hardware testing to lead and manage complex projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering high quality results on time and within budget. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively communicate with cross functional teams and stakeholders while ensuring that hardware testing processes are integrated into project deliverables. Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage hardware testing projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Coordinate with engineering, quality assurance, and other teams to ensure comprehensive hardware testing is conducted.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as they arise.
• Facilitate regular project meetings with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in hardware testing.
• Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members in project management methodologies and hardware testing processes.

Mandatory Skills:

• Extensive experience in hardware testing methodologies and processes.
• Proven project management experience with a focus on delivery and execution.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Familiarity with hardware development life cycle (HDLC).
• Certifications such as PMP, PMI ACP, or equivalent.
• Experience in a technology or engineering focused environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on hardware testing.
• Demonstrated success in managing large scale projects with cross functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

This Position is Open for Contracting as well and rate is $68.87/hr CTC.

The pay range for this role is $145,000- $150,000 per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
