Physical Therapist

The Physical Therapist (PT) provides individualized therapy services including assessment, treatment, planning, implementation, education and communitication to maximize a patient's progress toward achieving functional goals. Evaluates functional needs and developments, and consult with other specialists. Adjusts care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
