Director of Rehab (Sign on Bonus) - Full Time

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking an experienced Rehab Director for a full-time role with an area client where you will recruit and train staff, develop therapy strategies, evaluate patient care, and coordinate rehabilitation services.

Minimum Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program. Bachelor‘s or higher required where applicable.
• Active Texas PT license required to start.
• Previous leadership or clinic management experience preferred.
• Experience supervising and mentoring PTs, PTAs, and support staff.
• Clinical experience treating a mixed outpatient population including pediatrics (school-aged), athletes/orthopedic sports, and geriatrics.
• Proven ability to manage a caseload averaging approximately 60–65 visits per week with tech support.
• Familiarity with outpatient clinic equipment and programs such as squat racks, rubber flooring, sleds, slam balls, parallel bars, aquatic therapy, and dry needling.

Position Details

• Outpatient clinic located in beautiful country style area with relationships with local high schools to partner for sideline games.
• Patient mix: school-aged children (8–10 year olds), athletes, and geriatric patients.
• Caseload and workflow: approximately 60–65 visits per week; evaluations scheduled for one hour and booked on the hour.
• Compensation: competitive annual salary range and flexible offer. Sign-on bonuses available!
• Schedule: Flexibility to work 3x12/ 5x10!
