Basic Job Functions: The responsibilities of the Production administrator include but are not limited to: Working within the production control team to print and organize travelers, daily/weekly production schedules, along with all other document/e-documents needed for daily/weekly production schedule, before and after production. Auditing daily D365 production for errors and monitoring production reporting. Assist in inventory tracking and management. Support in D365 issues and improvements. Monitor and report percentage of scrap in each department. This position will work a 4 on 4 off schedule.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working within a production or manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated experience in coordinating production schedules and managing documents for daily/weekly production, with a focus on timeliness and accuracy.
- Experience with Power BI
- Production scheduling or planning experience.
- Experience with D365 ERP system.
