Adfinitas is looking for a talented BE/BC Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatric physician to join our established post-acute team in the Baltimore, Towson, Dundalk, Catonsville and Pikesville areas of Maryland. Job Description Our Post-Acute team provides medical services for various Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation, Long Term Care and Assisted Living facilities. Requirements Board eligible/Board certified in Geriatric Medicine, Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Highly effective verbal and written communication skills, including use of email, are necessary in dealing with a variety of healthcare professionals, Adfinitas colleagues, family members, and patients.
