Director Of Clinical OperationsWe are conducting a confidential search for a Director of Clinical Operations to provide clinical and operational leadership across a network of 3–4 facilities, including emergency care locations. This is a senior executive role for an experienced clinical leader who thrives in a multi-site environment and is passionate about elevating the standard of care at scale within a growing nonprofit organization.Key Responsibilities:Establish and enforce clinical standards and quality assurance protocols across all facilitiesProvide medical direction, protocol oversight, and mentorship to clinical staffOversee staffing, scheduling, and clinical workflow optimizationManage departmental budgets and resource allocationEnsure regulatory compliance and maintain all necessary licensurePartner with operations leadership to drive efficiency and mission alignmentLead hiring, onboarding, and performance development of clinical staffIdeal Background:Advanced clinical degree required; additional certification a strong plusSignificant experience operating in a multi-site or high-volume clinical settingDemonstrated leadership of clinical teams and operational systemsCurrent knowledge of relevant laws, technologies, and industry trendsExperience in a nonprofit or mission-driven environment preferred
