Description
. This contract, on-site position offers an exceptional opportunity for healthcare professionals to make a significant impact in a dynamic medical practice environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in pulmonology and critical care settings, contributing to the health and well-being of our community. Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive pulmonary care to patients with respiratory conditions
Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Manage care for patients in critical care situations
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Stay updated with the latest advancements in pulmonology and critical care
Participate in educational initiatives and training programs
Document patient interactions and medical histories accurately
Ensure compliance with medical standards and regulations

Requirements

Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree required
Board certification in Pulmonology or Critical Care preferred
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a clinical setting
Strong clinical skills and knowledge in respiratory health
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Commitment to continuous professional development and education
Current medical license to practice in the state

Schedule: 7a-7p

Call Requirement: 7p-7a beeper call

Patient Volume: 10 per day

8 bed ICU

Duties: Admissions, cross cover, and pulmonary consults

Required Procedures: Standard pulmonary procedures

Support Staff: Hospitalists, ER physicians, ICU nurses, and respiratory therapists

Must be board-certified

Additional Certifications: ACLS and GA DEA

Paid travel & expenses
