Help us deliver solutions that ensure Life Is On everywhere, for everyone and at every moment.What do you get to do in this position?Deployment of tools/material for Quality Fundamentals Customer Satisfaction and Stop Work culturePoka-Yoke (PY) deployment, validation, and managementOk 1st Part process deployment and workstation alignmentCheck-Do-Check routines and reinforcement of standard workFinal Inspection & Temporary Quality Wall (TQW) setup and follow-throughNon-Conformance Management (red/yellow bin flows, identification, segregation)Rework Under Control — correct execution, traceability, trainingKATA QRCI practice coaching for rapid response and root-cause eliminationTraining & Capability BuildingConduct training sessions for operators, leads, and supervisors on:Stop WorkPoka-Yoke validation (golden samples / red rabbits)Ok 1st Part executionCheck-Do-CheckNon-Conformance ManagementRework processesLayered Process Audits (LPA)Auditing, Monitoring & SustainmentPerform and facilitate Layered Process Audits (LPAs) to validate process conformance.Support the Quality Fundamentals Self-Assessment and prepare improvement plans.Conduct regular walkthroughs ("Gemba") to identify abnormalities, gaps to standards, and behavioral adherence.This job might be for you if you have:Undergraduate degree/Higher education (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Electronic)Experience within manufacturing Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalentExperience with 8D problem solving methodology, tool utilization (ie. 5Why, fishbone (cause and effect), etc)Six Sigma knowledge, experience, certification highly desiredDemonstrated analytical skills with data, problem resolution, project managementExcellent skills in leadership, communication both verbal and written, and attention to detailLooking to make an IMPACT with your career?
