Position Summary

We are seeking an Industrial Sewing Machine Operator to support the production of Industrial Ventilation Ducting (IVD) and related products. This is a cross-trained manufacturing role responsible for assisting in multiple stages of production, including industrial sewing, heat sealing, assembly, inspection, and packaging.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform industrial sewing to assemble ventilation ducting products
• Operate heat sealing equipment for ventilation tubing
• Manufacture cuffs used in ducting systems
• Trim, inspect, and package finished products
• Ensure products meet ISO quality standards
• Perform inspections throughout the production process
• Match completed products with factory orders
• Prepare labels and identify products for shipment
• Assist with loading finished goods for transport
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures including PPE requirements to perform the job safely

Qualifications & Skills

• Ability to perform multiple manufacturing tasks
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Ability to lift weight up to 50 lbs.
• Manufacturing, sewing, or production experience preferred
• Willingness to be cross trained

Employment Type & Compensation

• Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire position
• Compensation: $18.25 per hour + $1.00 shift differential
• Application Period: This position will remain open until filled

Work Schedule

• 2nd Shift | Monday – Friday | 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
• Saturday and Sunday | OT as needed
