We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented partment Make-Ready/Punch Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing vacant apartment units for new residents and ensuring they meet our high standards of cleanliness and functionality. This includes performing minor repairs, touch-ups, and general maintenance tasks.

Make Ready Technicians - residential maintenance experience needed.

Job Duties

Conduct thorough inspections of vacant units and identify necessary repairs or improvements.
Perform a variety of maintenance tasks, including painting, drywall repair, plumbing, electrical work, and appliance installation.
Ensure all units are cleaned, functioning, and ready for occupancy by new residents.
Coordinate with the maintenance team and property management to address any issues promptly.
Maintain a high standard of quality and attention to detail in all tasks.

Qualifications

Must have your own tools.
1-2 years of previous experience in maintenance, construction, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of general maintenance and repair techniques.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
bility to work independently and manage time effectively.
Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor.
Knowledge of the English language.
