Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Sales Support & Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This role supports our sales management while serving as a customer service representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Sample coordination, creating sales rep distribution lists, and preparing shipments. Fielding sales representative sample requests for customers
- Support Sales Management and Representatives with weekly sales comparison reports
- Trade show planning and coordination
- Sales Meeting coordination and planning twice a year
- Coordinate with internal teams, including Sales, Accounting, and Warehouse, to resolve issues
- New Product set-up and maintenance of customers portals, fulfill image and product information requests.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, pricing, product availability, and shipping
- Handle returns, credits, and order changes as needed
- Provide proactive, professional communication to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications & Skills
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales support, or order management (apparel/consumer goods preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working with ERP systems, Excel, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with a positive, solution-driven mindset
