First Service Bank is looking for a dependable, energetic, and customer-focused Universal Banker Float to join our award-winning team! As a Universal Banker Float, you’ll have the opportunity to work alongside teams at multiple First Service Bank locations, providing branch coverage where needed while delivering the exceptional service our customers have come to expect. What You’ll Do: We’re not just hiring a banker —we’re looking for a community influencer. Someone who will be a voice for the customer, a champion of service, and a pillar of positivity in our banking family. What will you do: Travel between assigned First Service Bank locations to provide branch coverage based on staffing and business needs. Welcome customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable, and exceptional service. Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, payments, and other banking transactions accurately and efficiently. Open new accounts and assist customers with account maintenance and service requests. Build relationships with customers and identify opportunities to connect them with products and services that meet their financial needs. Educate customers about digital banking tools and other available banking services. Maintain and balance a cash drawer while following established cash-handling procedures. Assist with branch opening, closing, and daily operational responsibilities as assigned. Protect customer information and maintain confidentiality. Follow Bank policies, procedures, security requirements, and applicable banking regulations. Build strong working relationships with associates across multiple locations and adapt quickly to different branch needs. Provide dependable coverage and contribute to a positive customer and associate experience wherever assigned. What We’re Looking For: Customer-focused and enjoy building relationships. Dependable, flexible, and comfortable working at multiple locations. Able to adapt quickly to changing schedules and business needs. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills. Comfortable handling cash and completing financial transactions accurately. A team player who can quickly become part of the team at any location. Experienced in banking, cash handling, retail, sales, or customer service preferred. Safety-Sensitive Position This position is designated as safety-sensitive due to the regular driving requirements of the role. The Universal Banker Float is required to travel between First Service Bank locations to provide branch coverage based on business needs. Associates in this position must maintain a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to safely operate a motor vehicle while performing job-related duties. The associate must also maintain an acceptable driving record and comply with First Service Bank’s safety, driving, and substance-use policies, as well as applicable law. Schedule & Availability First Service Bank’s standard hours of operation are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This position also involves branch opening and closing procedures. Depending on the assigned shift and location, associates may be scheduled to report up to 15 minutes before opening or remain up to 15 minutes after closing to complete required opening and closing responsibilities.
