Digital Content Creator Onsite (Cincinnati, OH area) What You'll Do: Collaborate across teams to develop and publish clear, impactful digital content using leading content management tools. Ensure content quality by conducting thorough reviews and adhering to style guidelines. Manage multiple content initiatives simultaneously, maintaining efficiency and accuracy. Support content transformation projects that enhance automation and ease of use for internal stakeholders. Stay updated on the latest product, process, and technology developments to keep content relevant and effective. Required Skills: 6-9 years of experience in digital content creation, editing, or publishing. Proficiency with content management applications and MS Office. Strong business and technical writing skills, capable of producing clear and concise content for diverse audiences. Experience managing multiple projects with minimal supervision and a proactive approach to problem‑solving. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Understanding of financial services or benefits administration is a plus. Nice to Have Skills: Experience with automation in content processes. Background in workplace investing or financial services content. Familiarity with content quality standards and style guides. Preferred Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is preferred. 6-9 years of related professional experience, ideally within a corporate or technical environment.
