Our clients are all within our gated retirement community. As a caregiver, you'll provide personal care, assist with daily living activities, handle housekeeping and meal preparation, and escort residents to appointments and social events.We're looking for availability to work during the following Flex shifts:Day Shifts: 8:00am-12:00pm or 8:00am-2:00pm - Weekdays vary plus and every other weekendEvening Shifts: 4:00pm-8:00pm or 4:00pm-10:00pm - Weekdays vary plus and every other weekendNight Shifts: 11:00pm-8:00am - Weekdays vary plus and every other weekendCompensation: $18.95 per hourWhat we offer:A culture of diversity, inclusion, equity and belonging, which builds on our mission, vision and valuesMedical, dental and vision packages, including an annual reimbursement for qualified wellness expenses, personal health coaching and telemedicine optionsPTO Plans, PLUS company paid volunteer hours for eligible team members, in accordance with applicable state law401k for all team members 18 and over with a company 3% matchOnsite medical centers, providing wellness visits and sick care for all team members over 18 years of age30% discount on food and drinks at on-site dining venues, plus additional healthy choice meal options at discounted pricesGrowth Opportunities – grow with the company as we open new communities and expand on our existing ones!How you will make an impact:Provide personal care and assists with activities of daily livingSupport residents by performing routine housekeeping tasks, meal planning and preparation, pet walking and feeding, closet organization, and kitchen choresEscort residents to appointments and social activitiesPromote psychosocial well-being through meaningful relationshipsFollow and execute standard Infection Control & Prevention practicesNotify office/nurse in a timely fashion, of any change in a resident's conditionMaintain competency in the required job skills and knowledgeWhat you will need:Must be at least 18 years of ageMust have a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA) for the State of Maryland as per State and Federal law and regulationsExperience as a care provider serving the senior population is preferredCPR certificationPlease note that specific state regulations and requirements may be applicable.
