Valid/Current NYS Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy license required.2. 3+ years of homecare experience preferred3. Excellent interpersonal, communication and computer skills required. Ability to work independently, strong organizational and problem solving skills, strong critical analysis and efficient time management skills.4.
