Provide a short description of the Position: Summer Electronic Benefits Transfer (SEBT) is a food benefit program that helps low-income families with school-age children buy groceries during the summer when kids might not have access to school meals. Summer Electronic Benefits Transfer (S-EBT) is authorized by the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2023 (P.L. 117-328) to create a permanent, nationwide S-EBT program. Through SEBT, eligible individuals receive benefits loaded on EBT cards that are used to purchase food.

Provide a list of the day-to-day tasks to be performed by the Selected Candidate: Provide high-level design choices and dictates technical standards, including software coding standards, tools, and platforms. Designs multileveled architecture or component interactions of a large-scale software system. May include system and/or Database design, application programming, and documentation and integration testing of programs, as well as guidance and mentoring of other staff.
