Key Responsibilities

• Partner with managers and senior leaders on workforce, talent, organizational, and employee-related matters.
• Coach leaders on performance management, employee development, corrective action, conflict resolution, and policy application.
• Lead complex employee-relations matters and workplace investigations.
• Support workforce planning, talent reviews, succession planning, organizational changes, and retention initiatives.
• Analyze workforce trends and HR metrics and provide practical, data-informed recommendations.
• Partner on compensation reviews, promotions, salary adjustments, and annual merit planning.
• Support recruitment for specialized, critical, and leadership positions.
• Oversee key HR processes, including onboarding, leaves of absence, accommodations, workers' compensation, employee changes, and payroll coordination.
• Support HR compliance, policies, audits, employee engagement, and HR process-improvement initiatives.
• Partner with Payroll, Finance, Benefits, and other internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner, Senior HR Generalist, or comparable consultative HR experience.
• Strong experience advising managers on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and talent development.
• Strong knowledge of federal and Florida employment requirements.
• Strong communication, coaching, analytical, investigation, and problem-solving skills.
• HRIS, reporting, ATS, and Microsoft Office experience; Paychex preferred.
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required
