Whether you have previous automotive sales experience or come from restaurants, hospitality, bartending, retail, banking, wireless sales, furniture, real estate, customer service, management, or another people-oriented profession, we want to meet you. If you have the right attitude and are willing to learn, we'll teach you the automotive business.

Compensation: Salary + Commission

Annual Income Potential: $75,000 - $130,000+

Mandatory Sales Training

All candidates selected to move forward must successfully complete our professional automotive sales training program.

Training Schedule

Monday, August 10 through Friday, August 14

9:00 AM 4:00 PM Daily

Attendance is 100% mandatory .

This is an intensive, hands-on training program designed to prepare you for a successful career with Fred Haas Nissan.

Candidates who do not successfully complete the entire training program will not be hired.

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid driver's license

• Clean driving record

• Ability to pass a background check

• Professional appearance

• Strong work ethic

• Positive attitude

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Background & Driver's License Requirements

Please disclose any background or driver's license concerns before training begins.

If you have a misdemeanor, please let us know during the interview process so we can determine whether it is eligible for approval.

Due to insurance requirements, applicants with felony convictions are not eligible for employment.

Any pending driver's license issues or background concerns must be discussed before training begins. We believe in complete transparency and want to avoid misunderstandings after class has started.

Training & Employment Information

Our goal is to hire every qualified individual who successfully completes training.

Please understand:

• Employment is contingent upon successfully meeting all dealership hiring requirements.

• Candidates who are unable to qualify for employment because of undisclosed background or driver's license issues may not be eligible for compensation during the training period.

• Candidates who voluntarily withdraw after training or choose not to begin employment with Fred Haas Nissan will not be charged for the training program; however, the training period is not paid unless employment begins with the dealership.

We encourage every applicant to discuss any concerns before training starts so expectations are clear.

As part of our recruiting process, qualified candidates may be featured in dealership recruiting and promotional social media content during the interview and training process. This may include photographs, short videos, and team activities highlighting our hiring event and dealership culture.
