Special Education Paraprofessional

The position is to assist elementary students with special education needs and IEPs; academic and/or social emotional needs. The special education paraprofessional will assist students with IEPs in the general education setting or in an extended resource room classroom. At times, the paraprofessional will assist with additional school supervision duties such as monitoring students during recess and/or in the lunchroom.

Required Education Requirements: High School Diploma

Preferred Qualifications: Experience with elementary aged students and/or special needs students Experience, Knowledge & Skills: Strong Work Ethic Professional Takes Initiative Collaborative Takes Direction Well
