Voda Cleaning & Restoration of South Kansas City is hiring a Crew Chief to lead restoration and cleaning projects across the Kansas City metro.

If you have experience in restoration, cleaning, construction, mitigation, or property services - and you're ready to step into leadership - we want to talk to you.

This is a hands-on leadership role with steady year-round work, paid training, advancement opportunities, and a supportive team environment.

What You'll Do

• Lead crews on water, mold, fire, and cleaning projects
• Communicate professionally with customers and office staff
• Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards
• Handle job documentation and equipment tracking
• Train and support new technicians
• Perform carpet, tile, and specialty cleaning services when needed
• Set up, monitor, and remove drying/restoration equipment
• Help maintain company equipment and job site organization

What We're Looking For

• 1+ year of restoration, cleaning, mitigation, construction, or related experience preferred
• Leadership mindset and strong communication skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Comfortable using mobile apps and basic technology
• High school diploma or GED
• IICRC certifications are a plus (WRT, AMRT, CCT, etc.)
