Qualifications

High School diploma/GED or equivalent relevant work experience
1 year general laborer experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, SAP, Salesforce, Qlikview
Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of PPE
Must be able to travel 10%-20%

Responsibilities

Direct daily shift operations and manage the frontline crew
Monitor product consistency in real-time
Conduct daily safety tailgates and enforce PPE
Lead the shift crew in daily inspections and mechanical troubleshooting
Fill out accurate daily shift production summaries and record equipment downtime
