The assistant equipment manager also assists in maintaining a clean service area and maintenance building, contributes to a preventative maintenance program, and places safety procedures as a top priority. Requirements One to two years of general laborer/maintenance experience working on a golf course as a mechanics helper or greater. Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate specialized equipment and tools. Ability to bend at the waist, kneel and/or crouch. Ability to reach overhead, above the shoulders and horizontally.
