We look forward to speaking with you soon!ResponsibilitiesWelcome and care for patients with warmth, professionalism, and exceptional customer service.Build strong relationships with patients by providing a personalized, concierge-level experience.Obtain and accurately document detailed medical histories, vital signs, and clinical information.Perform patient triage, recognize urgent concerns, and communicate appropriately with providers.Prioritize patient needs based on clinical urgency while maintaining efficient provider workflow.Assist physicians with examinations, procedures, treatments, and clinical documentation.Coordinate laboratory testing, troubleshoot specimen or laboratory issues, and ensure timely follow-up of results.Serve as a patient advocate by helping patients navigate their care and addressing questions or concerns promptly.Respond to patient phone calls, portal messages, and requests in a timely, courteous, and professional manner.Coordinate referrals, diagnostic testing, medication requests, and follow-up appointments.Maintain accurate electronic medical records while ensuring patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, pharmacies, laboratories, specialists, and other healthcare professionals.Identify and resolve clinical and administrative issues with sound judgment and professionalism.Manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.Anticipate provider and patient needs, taking initiative whenever possible to create a seamless patient experience.QualificationsMedical Assistant certification preferred (or equivalent clinical experience).Previous experience in primary care, internal medicine, family practice, or concierge medicine preferred.Strong clinical assessment, triage, and critical thinking skills.Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for helping others.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Ability to multitask while remaining calm, organized, and detail-oriented.Technology savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn electronic health record (EHR) systems.Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with physicians and the healthcare team.Demonstrates professionalism, discretion, emotional intelligence, and sound judgment in all interactions.We're Looking for Someone WhoNaturally enjoys helping people and creating exceptional patient experiences.Treats every patient with kindness, empathy, and respect.Takes ownership of responsibilities and follows through without being asked.Thinks critically and proactively solves problems.Anticipates patient and provider needs before they become issues.Remains calm, organized, and positive under pressure.Has outstanding attention to detail and takes pride in accuracy.Is dependable, adaptable, and eager to learn.Communicates professionally and confidently with patients, physicians, and colleagues.Enjoys working as part of a collaborative, patient-focused team.Is committed to providing concierge-level service that consistently exceeds patient expectations.ShiftFull-Time, 9a-5p M-FWeekend rotation when necessaryWhy Join Victory Medical?
