Skills & Experience You Bring:

• Valid Professional Educator License (PEL) preferred
• Demonstrated experience working with junior high and/or high school students
• Background in Science, English, or Math is especially valuable
• Proven record of consistency and commitment in previous educational roles
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to support diverse learning needs
• Passion for student growth and holistic development, prioritizing student needs over strict curriculum adherence

Responsibilities Include:

• Develop and deliver engaging special education instructional plans for a class of 20 or fewer students
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom that supports individual student progress
• Monitor and adjust teaching strategies to accommodate varied learning abilities
• Collaborate with colleagues and support staff for optimal student outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to district policies
• Commit to a set weekly schedule totaling 33.75 hours onsite, with no schedule flexibility
