Welding & NDT Inspector at Kansas City KS 1099 Contractor

Responsibilities:- Conduct resident inspection, expediting, and on-call inspection services at supplier facilities throughout the state. Inspect welding, NDE activities, valves, pressure vessels, compressors, turbomachinery, piping systems, storage tanks, and electrical equipment. Review manufacturing progress, quality documentation, and compliance with applicable standards. Solid knowledge of valves, pressure vessels, piping systems, and rotating equipment. Technical Qualifications: 2 or 3 years experience conducting Welding & NDT Inspections AWS CWI or IWI certification preferred. NDT/NDE certifications required. Welding, heat treatment and NDT inspection experience. Knowledge of valves, pressure vessels, piping systems, and rotating equipment.
