Mental Health Therapist

Location: Bridgewater, NJ (Essex, Morris, Warren, Somerset, Bergen & Mercer Counties)
Job Type: Full-Time
Work Setting: On Site

We are seeking licensed mental health professionals to join a growing behavioral health practice providing services to adults and older adults in long-term care, assisted living, community settings, and through teletherapy across New Jersey.

• Provide individual and group counseling sessions.

• Assess, develop, and implement treatment plans.

• Help clients manage depression, anxiety, stress, and life transitions.

• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and healthcare teams.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

• Active New Jersey license as LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LSW, or LAC .

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if onsite visits are required).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
