You have been the one who actually builds the campaigns, pulls the creative reports at 7am, and knows why ROAS dropped on Tuesday before anyone else notices. You have scaled Meta budgets at a DTC brand in-house. You are not looking for another role where you oversee spreadsheets. You want to own the number.

A direct-to-consumer consumer brand serious about growth. We are currently deploying $150k per day on Meta and building toward $500k. We move fast, test constantly, and make decisions based on data. The person in this role sits close to the founding team, owns the paid acquisition strategy, and has a clear path to Director of Growth. This is not a job for someone who wants to oversee. It is a job for someone who wants to build.

What you will own

• Full Meta Ads ownership: strategy, execution, budget pacing, creative testing, and weekly reporting. You are the person accountable for the number.
• Build and run a structured creative testing process: hooks, early signals, volume. You know what a creative testing cadence looks like.
• Manage 2+ external agency and vendor partners. You set the brief, review the output, and hold them accountable.
• Expand into TikTok Ads alongside Meta. You have done it before or you are ready to learn it fast.
• Partner with the CRO and Shopify team to improve post-click conversion. You do not stop at the click.
• Build dashboards, own attribution models, and present a clear weekly performance narrative to the founding team.

Requirements

Must-Have:

• 3 to 7 years of hands-on paid acquisition experience, with Meta Ads as your primary channel rather than a secondary skill.
• In-house experience at a direct-to-consumer or consumer packaged goods brand, including personal ownership of meaningful campaign budgets.
• Current or recent experience at the Manager or Senior Manager level, with readiness to take full accountability for acquisition performance.
• Quantified campaign results across Facebook and Instagram, including spend, revenue, CAC, ROAS, or another relevant performance measure.
• Strong understanding of DTC economics, including CAC, LTV, contribution margin, and payback period.
• Experience managing external creative or media-buying partners and writing clear, actionable briefs.
• Based in Los Angeles or willing to relocate.

Nice to Have:

• Hands-on TikTok Ads experience, including campaign setup, testing, and optimization.
• Experience operating or scaling paid social programs at six-figure daily spend levels.
• Experience working directly with Shopify and CRO teams to improve post-click conversion.
• Experience building performance dashboards or working with multi-touch attribution models.
• Category experience within consumer packaged goods or another high-volume DTC environment.

This role is not for you if

Google or SEM is your primary channel. You have only ever worked at agencies and never in-house at a brand. Your background is B2B, SaaS, fintech, or insurance. You have changed jobs more than twice in the last four years.
