P&C Insurance Sales Representative

Location: West Monroe, LA

Pay: $13+/hour Base Pay + Commission

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Are you motivated, outgoing, and looking for a career with growth potential? A local insurance agency is seeking a P&C Insurance Sales Representative to build client relationships, generate new business, and provide outstanding customer service.

Insurance licensing is preferred but not required. The agency is willing to help qualified candidates obtain their license.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Identify client needs and recommend insurance products
Generate new business through calls, referrals, and networking
Follow up with leads and prospective customers
Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
Maintain accurate client records and documentation
Provide excellent customer service and account support

Qualifications

Previous sales experience preferred (insurance, retail, banking, or other customer-facing roles)
Strong communication and people skills
Self-motivated and goal-driven
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license preferred, but not required
